Some common question encountered by customer when placing order

  • Why does my tracking number not work? Don't worry, if you receive an email with a tracking ID, we have delivered your package to the carrier. If the tracking number doesn't work or can't be found, it's usually because the package is waiting for a flight or for the carrier to scan it. Sometimes it may take 3-5 days for the logistics dynamic to be updated. Please check it again in a few days.
  • Why didn't receive any order confirm or ship email notice? After successful payment, an order notification will be sent to your order email address. If you do not receive any confirmation email, please check your spam or check that your order email address is correct.
  • Why is my order not shipped yet? Usually, our order processing time is 2-3 days (including Saturday and Sunday or statutory holidays). When we deliver the package to the carrier, we will send you an email with a tracking ID so that you can check the package status.
